How is it possible to be this poor. How? How come you ALWAYS get the order wrong. How? Go through the drive thru, missing a happy meal. Order on just eat missing THREE chips. No sauces. How?!!?! You've got to put orders in a bag. How hard can that possibly be? What system is in place to stop this happening? Reading reviews and this happens ALL THE TIME ! I parked up last time to avoid the drive thru madness and ordered at the counter. Took about 35 minutes. Two happy meals and a chicken selects. Staff didnt seem to see what the issue was. Order had said it was being prepared. Then collect.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Wait 45 minutes for take away food. Staff have no idea what they are doing & don’t really care. To then get home and receive half a Big Mac . Honestly couldn’t make it up. Avoid

We visited this McDonald’s drive thru and had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our order. I ordered the Grinch Menu, but they didn’t give me the socks that were supposed to come with it. The man who took our order was really friendly, so he is the one star. Really bad service… a real Grinch Menu because they stole my socks. 🎄🧦😒

Management needs to give their head a wobble and check what's going on in the local area that's going to affect trade. Its bad enough that it's red hot and the staff are working in this heat not providing enough of them to cope with demand is disgusting. The solution of locking the customers who've ordered in so that no one else can come in and order is also completely unacceptable as it's sweltering in here.
