Staff on the door are welcoming. The store is also good, although on this occasion I only went for food.

Denis F★Visited the fitting rooms at M&S Maidstone on 16/05 and unfortunately received very poor customer service from the staff member working there. The attitude was negative from the beginning and they seemed completely uninterested in helping. The main concern appeared to be making sure we didn’t try on shirts we intended to purchase, even though we were checking sizing using trial shirts first. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and unfriendly, which is disappointing when trying to shop properly and confidently. Very poor service.
