A wonderfully decorated shop with food, clothes and a delightful cafe. I stopped by to grab some lunch for my day and stayed for breakfast and caught up with some work. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the store and cafe and great parking outside for 3 hours Perfect!

Love this M&S & foodhall. If you live nearby lucky you. It's always busy and I'm not surprised. It has the best variety of foods, it's always well stocked and is clean and tidy. Staff on the door are welcoming. The store is also good, although on this occasion I only went for food.

I visited this M and S store today with my sister, and went to the cafe for tea and cake, where we saw a more mature man waiting on the tables. It made us both so happy to see an older staff member, he was happy, had a laugh and friendly. Well done M and S for employing mature people as well, very good to see. 😊

Visited the fitting rooms at M&S Maidstone on 16/05 and unfortunately received very poor customer service from the staff member working there. The attitude was negative from the beginning and they seemed completely uninterested in helping. The main concern appeared to be making sure we didn’t try on shirts we intended to purchase, even though we were checking sizing using trial shirts first. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and unfriendly, which is disappointing when trying to shop properly and confidently. Very poor service.
