Working hard to resolve the problem is nonsense. My first photo is from the 23rd of march. The second one is from today. See the difference! Also I recall the time I visited before that (26 October 2024) that the WiFi was broken then so that's 1 year almost at least. If you do want Costa there is a bigger one (with WiFi!) 2 shops down and so close half of the people trying to review (probably including me) don't know which Costa is which! Average, this store really seems to lack of effort, the first fridge as you walk into the store doesn’t even work therefore the bottles of water / coke are warm, not a great first impression. How that’s a medium cooler (pictured) drink I’ll never know, missing half of my beverage. Personally, If I’d have been one of the three colleagues behind the counter I would’ve said ughhh that’s not right and remade it for the customer, that’s the difference between excellent customer service and just a pure lack of effort from the Costa team at Merthyr.
