Very good customer service apart from one particular staff member who is always not happy and take your orders without greeting, for instance when you arrive at the phone to place the order, there is a silence of 30 to 40 secs and suddenly you hear "what do you want". That is the only reason 4 stars are given to the service otherwise a very good place to enjoy. I l love coming here and enjoy myself.

Very very latest: Philly cheese stack. A nice change, but no need forbit to stay around. I feel the same about the big arch! Very Latest: Good prompt service as usual. The app ordering in conjunction with the instore terminal is a bit of a faff though. Food as good as ever. Latest: Strawberry milkshake reinstated! Phew. Original: No strawberry milkshake!!! Everything else was as you'd expect. I'm finding the app very useful for ordering. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking. Went in for a takeaway and had McNuggets, Big Mac, and fries. I haven't had McDonald's in years, and I just wanted to try it out and experience a Big Mac as it reminded me of the one I used to have when I was a kid. Unfortunately, the food was expected, just plain and not tasty at all. Even the flavour of the Mic Mac didn't remind me of the one I used to have. 24/7 but only drive thru at a certain time. Toilets not open, can't go inside and order. Shouldn't be marked as 24/7. I'm assuming this is the restaurants choice to have an easier ride.
