I do visit many Costa stores around the country and appreciate that staffing levels are tight and that store investment in some older branches is not always great - times are hard. That said as a customer there is an expectation of a consistent service and product - what I get in Edinburgh should match that i get in New Milton. Popped into New Milton store today for a coffee and toastie for lunch ( 1 pm) - very poor selection - maybe a busy morning - i had a cheese and beans toastie and Cappuccino - service was slow though the 2 people on duty were pleasant - coffee was excellent - but for the

Had a lovely visit today to this outlet of a good national chain. The staff were lovely and friendly, politely and efficiently producing lovely coffee in an inviting, airy establishment. This is an easy recommendation for me for people who want somewhere to meet for a coffee snack and natter. Check it out if you're in the area.

Very friendly staff with really good manners and respect for less able-bodied guests. When we visited they were doing a great job cleaning everywhere. It was towards the end of a very wet, rainy day yet they remained cheerful and welcoming.

Really sad to see a costa like this. Never have bubbles for bubble frappes and missing other things on deals. Moody workers no communication at all. Ask a question and they get snappy with you. Do not waste your time. Lymington and christchurch very different.
