What a great experience this morning - the store was well presented and the young lady server was really good, polite, accurate - double checked the order - even ticked the little box on side of coffee cups - she engaged well - makes such a difference when people obviously are taking pride in their duties. Sausage baps and coffee excellent and as always represent great value. Thank you New Milton - hopefully you consider opening a branch in the town centre as well as - you would do great business!

Food good if you have the time to wait, It was my third Fridays visit today and once again it was managed by three young guys who were not the sharpest knives in the draw. The food cabinet was empty once again and the staff were just starting to load the ovens. Three lots on customers walked out along with myself in my brief visit when told we needed to wait 15mins. I won't be back.
