I use this branch regularly and the team are great, they work hard and make great coffee. I love the app to collect my stamps and also pay with one easy BEEP! The only downfall is that it can get super busy and the team often seem really under pressure. You get your coffee but you don't get a smile, which to be fair is understandable when they don't have a chance to breathe between customers. I'd say add in one more staff member to ease the pressure, you'd have a much happier team, they might actually crack a smile and then it's 5 stars!

Went for a coffee and really wasn’t a pleasant experience, coffee was fine but the service was awful, we were served by a girl with curly hair early 20s, I didn’t get a name but she was very rude and ignorant as soon as we walked in, it costs nothing to be nice which she certainly wasn’t, we certainly won’t be back. Brilliant drinks but terrible customer service

At 5.05pm the staff refused to give e me a normal cup when sitting in.. obviously because they didnt want to have to clean cups near closing time.

The staff on shift today Wednesday 20th were so rude and cheeky, one had asked my order and when I was telling her she turned round and started talking to her colleague then when I was asking my friend what drink she wanted she shouted over me to ask where we sitting in continued to make our drinks wrong because she wasn’t listening to us the other was walking around cursing out other customers who asked for cutlery and then when she had to clean a table, disgusting attitude from them all
