Waited over 15 minutes, they threw my tray on the side and walked off before I’d even had a chance to get it and ask for napkins or sauces. £10 to be given this. They changed it but the chips were cold and the drink was half flat. After I’d shown the person sat next to me my burger, he showed me his wrap which had a hole in it and was also thrown together carelessly. If you’re too busy to make the food how it should be don’t keep taking orders I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this McDonald’s and it’s never the ladies on the floor. ordered on the Mcdelivery app, ordered a ketchup breakfast wrap WITH NO EGGS because I’m allergic. and they put eggs. ordered a hot chocolate and they’ve hot chocolate was all over the bag spilled everywhere . I rung this McDonalds up and they said I cannot help. I didn’t order this my friend ordered it for me. and they refused to help me.

Waited for over 35 minutes for my food on 4 different occasions and when the food arrived they missed out my 3 sauces despite me paying extra £1.80 for them. They also carelessly put the chips in the bag

Awful McDonalds, probably the worst I've been to. Took nearly 25 minutes for two meals, got back to the car and they'd forgot the sauces so I went back in and stood for 5 minutes saying excuse me and the staff were pretending they couldn't hear me even though half of them were just standing around chatting. Got home (2 minute drive) and the food was stone cold, and I couldn't finish my burger because there was far too much salt on it. Will not be using this McDonalds again.
