This is a cute Caffè Nero, located within the Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire County Cricket. The interior is large with lots of comfortable seating, and there is free parking outside on non-event days for up to half an hour. The modern and spacious interior with a variety of seating, including bar-style seating and booths, helps to create a really nice atmosphere. It was super clean and felt pleasurable to be. Perhaps my favourite Café Nero in Manchester. The space is beautifully designed, with comfortable furniture and shelves full of books that invite you to relax and linger. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for a quiet pause during a busy day.

Great local cafe right near the tram stops. At the side of LCCC. Place is immaculate, staff are lovely and the food quality on point. Opens early morning too when test matches are on for those who need that commuting coffee before work. Call in.... you'll be happy you did!

I am a delivery driver, and as riders we are normally allowed to receive a free small coffee when we go to collect an order. Today, I visited this stores and ordered a coffee. One female staff member had already prepared the coffee for me. However, another senior female staff member came over, and when I told her that I was a rider, she immediately refused to give me the coffee. She said that riders were only allowed a small plain coffee and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way, even though other Caffè Nero locations always provide it without any issue.
