Extremely poor quality. The burger patty was completely burnt and almost inedible. The outside was blackened, the meat was dry, and the burnt taste overwhelmed everything else. This is unacceptable for a fast-food chain that should have basic quality control. Very disappointed and would not recommend this experience.

Food was terrible and freezing cold. Priorities food delivery rather than the customers that are in store waiting. Took 35 minutes for our food to come. Staff were rude and would not wipe down a table but could stand behind the counter chatting instead. There was food all over the floor, no wonder they once got closed down for having rats

I came here after an abysmal visit to Xscapes McDonalds offering. I knew it was a mistake. Another 40 mins wait for cold food by the time you get it home (5 mins drive). Basic food without alteration should not take 35 mins even on a Friday night. Writing this while my food heats up in my oven. I have said before I won't be going back to the chain at all. But this time... I think between the two outlets I'm over this slop.
