went through drive through with a £50 order and one of the big macs was missed, didn’t realise until i got home. so drove back and was given the said burger which had just been left on the side so by now cold.. i said i wanted a refund as it has cost me £5 in fuel just to return and collect the burger, the manager said she could only refund me the burger but i couldn’t have a fresh one unless i paid for it !!! she reluctantly gave me the flat cold burger saying you don’t want this. but i wasn’t going to pay for a fresh one, after it was 100% there fault their treatment of customers is down rig

We used the drive-thru in the early hours of the morning wanting to try the new cheesy garlic dippers, drove to the order screen and had to wait for a while to be served. Once I placed my order I drove to the 1st window to pay, then to the second window to recieve the food. Being the only car there I expected to be waiting a couple of minutes and leave, instead we waited for 10 minutes until another car entered the drive thru, where they placed their order and paid and we had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes just to be asked ‘are you still waiting on the dippers’. Fast food outlet with enjoyable meals if not the healthiest, ok for a once in a while treat, must admit they're coffee is excellent as is they're Mc Flurry's. Worth trying at least! Prices are reasonable, some might say very reasonable, may have taken over from the Friday noght fish and chips of old! 😉
