Went to Sambo tonight while staying in Poole for a PWC course tomorrow. Found the place on google as it was only next door from where we were staying. OMG!!! Amazing place, such a great idea, there was not one thing that I didn’t enjoy and I do love my meat lol. It’s a bit difficult to imagine what to expect, so in brief. After you sit down and give your drink order, you go up to the salad/buffet bar and get what you want, word of warning, don’t get too many carbs or you’ll fill yourself up too quickly. Absolutely amazing food, awesome service. The little cards you turn over from red to green is such a great idea and worked really well. When's its on green they will keep bringing you the different meats that are on offer which is a lot, then turn it to red and they give you a break. The Salad bar was out of this world with options and soooooo fresh too 😋 highly recommended this restaurant 💯
