Another awful delivery from this place. Everytime the app says this restaurant it always disappoints. All food cold, chips hard and no salt, orders wrong, no onions in the quarter pounder, all food looked like trash. Demanding a full refund. Quality of the food standards here are shocking. They even put JUST ketchup in the mcplant. Binned it all.

Printer in self-service screen never works, floor is always dirty, tables could be cleaner. Front deck staff is polite.Last ordered double cheeseburger had a lot of ketchup but not inside.

Best McDonalds around. Had issues ordering a coffee and Sarah the business manager came over and asked if everything was okay as I wasn’t able to order a coffee, she then brought me a coffee even though I ordered another drink. Very clean restaurant and will definitely be visiting again.

We ordered mcflurries as we normally do in other restaurants, this restaurant surprised us because of the amount of ice cream inside. The normal size flurry only had the amount of a mini. Staff was not friendly. The hygiene was not at the mcdonalds standards, there was a lot a rubbish left in all tables for a long time, floor was dirty and rubbish bin was full and coming into the floor. Management needs to look into all this.
