N W★★Virtually every single aircon cassette does not work and havent fot well over a year, despite flagging this for over 12 months the management have done absolutely nothing to sort this out, it will be unbearable soon, its bad now so the summer will be dreadful. Water units are in poor repair and never cleaned they are covered in all sorts of mysterious muck all the time, paper towels regularly not in place, toilets are in shocking condition and rarely cleaned, piped music so loud it even blares through noise cancelling earbuds - a very badly managed gym, the manager should stop strolling around
