great gym and great facilities I would like to say how great mark is he is the best pt at abbey stadium he teaches you everything you need to know and shows you how to perfect things everytime,and gives you the best technique. theres not many instructors like this because you can workout while having a laugh with him. i highly reccomend mark if your looking for a pt💪

Lovely cafe within the sports centre plenty of parking, I pop in here regularly just to grab a coffee and maybe catch up on a few emails etc good selection of snacks, Lavazza coffee is great and the pizza are amazing if your in the need of a bite to eat.

Spoke to the lifeguard Lola, she was so lovely! I was a bit worried about getting in the pool but she reassured me that I would be okay and was very vigilant. When I was leaving saw her cleaning the changing rooms! Very impressed, hope to see more of her !

Virtually every single aircon cassette does not work and havent fot well over a year, despite flagging this for over 12 months the management have done absolutely nothing to sort this out, it will be unbearable soon, its bad now so the summer will be dreadful. Water units are in poor repair and never cleaned they are covered in all sorts of mysterious muck all the time, paper towels regularly not in place, toilets are in shocking condition and rarely cleaned, piped music so loud it even blares through noise cancelling earbuds - a very badly managed gym, the manager should stop strolling around
