I visited this cafe on the parade in leamington spa this afternoon tuesday 12th May. I was served a latte decaff by a lovely lady with ginger hair. Unfortunately, my visit to Caffè Nero on The Parade was a letdown. The staff here didn’t seem welcoming at all. When I placed my order, the woman serving me came across as disinterested and unfriendly, which made the experience feel quite cold and uninviting. It was disappointing, especially when compared to the exceptional service I received at the Regent Street branch just around the corner. The difference in customer service was noticeable, and it really affected my overall impression. I think in the future, I’ll just stick to the Regent St branch when I’m in the area as they know how to
