“absolutely lovely staff, amazing environment and great restaurant!”

Food is terrible. Undercooked fries and no seasoning nor any available in the self service trays. Wiped some salt off a table with a dry napkin and it turned dark grey - filthy. Both burgers and fries cold Offered a free mcflurry as replacement - thanks but no thanks. Establishment has continued to go downhill every year won't be visiting again. Positives: plenty of parking and served quickly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a member of staff named Cathy at your McDonald’s branch. During my recent visit, I found her behaviour to be unprofessional and unfairly directed towards teenagers. While she appeared polite and friendly towards other customers, her attitude towards us was noticeably rude and dismissive. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. On this occasion, Cathy escalated the situation by involving another manager and attempting to have us removed from the premises, despite us not causing any disturbance. It appeare

I ordered a cappuccino which came half empty and it was like it had been sitting there for a while because of how cold it was . The red haired manager needs to be fired.

The 828A Bus Route from Stafford to Rugeley McDonald's is a very long journey of 53 minutes that is truly justified at the end because by then I'm ready for a wee and a poo and the toilets in McDonald's are a welcome sight before getting back on the Bus for the return 53 minutes journey back to Stafford.
