Recently the service quality has become really disappointing. It’s not the first time our order has been mixed up — the requests for two different burgers were swapped around, so both ended up wrong. The last delivery experience was especially bad. It’s frustrating because the place used to be much better. I hope more attention will be paid to orders and overall quality in future.

I made a review 2 years ago in opening and the place was fresh and lovely. I visited today 11/01/26 and the place was filthy. Blank receipts from the self service tills and just scattered over the floor. All bins are overfilling and food all over the shop floor. The chairs and tables are filthy and clearly had not been cleaned the night before when closing. It’s midday on a Sunday and I’m sure all bins would not be this full so probably left like it over night. Service was slow today and to top off the food was cold.

Very friendly approachable staff with a genuine feel of love for their jobs. It showed in the service and the experience. Food is hot delicious and well constructed and was also recommended a yummy drink (only my partner likes coffee) definitely returning. Shout out to Rose behind the counter and the gentleman manning the tables (forgot your name sorry) who was met with glee from my child every time he approached to check in on us.

Rick is the loveliest person! He greeted us with our dog Hugo and insisted we get a pupaccino for him. Best service ever! What a treat and a lovely chap.
