I’m glad Cafe Nero reopened in Sevenoaks. The coffee is enjoyable, tried the winter blend espresso in a luxury caramel latte. Was served by a trainee barista efficiently with minimal complications. Drink was up to normal standard and atmosphere was cozy.

Ordered a babychino for my daughter and politely asked for extra marshmallows. She was given 6 tiny marshmallows and I was then charged 60p extra — that’s about 10p per marshmallow. For something that costs the café virtually nothing, this felt really petty and unnecessary, especially for a child’s drink. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Nickel-and-diming customers over a few mini marshmallows doesn’t reflect well on the brand. Disappointing experience and not very family-friendly woman who works there

Love going there every week with my dogs, they are always so friendly and will offer to bring your tray to the table if your hands are full, and I'm glad to see they seem to be putting out more food in the fridge in the afternoons when they usually run out.

The coffee was fine, but the service was frustrating. There were six people waiting and only one person actually making coffee, while another staff member was just wandering around instead of helping. Between 8:30 and 9:00—prime before-work hours—you’d expect better staffing.
