As the easiest to access McDonald's in the city centre and one of the busiest I've been to this is one of the better McDonald's. There is a lot of seats available but this depends if the downstairs dining area is open or not. Food here is quite consistent compared to other McDonald's, it's very rare there is a problem with my order or cold soggy fries. So in terms of quality it's probably as good as McDonald's gets. Staff here are mostly very friendly but a few can be quite quiet and shy but that's fine with me as they keep the place clean.

Shocking, can't even make a Big Mac with 2 patties. Cold mess, threw it away in the end. Website makes it impossible to contact customer services, will just avoid for the rest of my life instead.

Absolutely vile food. Mcflurry inedible, and half empty by the looks of things. I don't even want to know how long this sitting for bwfore it was served to me. ketchup was like it was mixed water, wrong order served and they gave me attitude when I tried to return it. Not all the order was wrong just the burger. Food came cold.

This was a fantastic restaurant for me and my friend to dine at, where our orders came at a reasonable speed with my employee offers working properly! The staff were really helpful when the meal deal I initially ordered was unavailable, explaining that it was the burger out of stock. My friend was fully satisfied with his McChicken deal though and I enjoyed my white coffee, which came at a proper temperature! The counter is lit up well by the red lamps above and a nice setting is added by the graffiti-style drawings on the wall, one of the many areas that had cleanliness maintained!
