We ordered a round of beers and after paying, it turned out that one was unavailable. We were met with indifference, and were served after choosing a different beer - we believe this is standard practice. 10 minutes later, my wife was approached at our table by 2 members of staff demanding she accept a refund for the beer that was unavailable and pay for the beer that was then served (the difference in price was 65 pence). Quite expensive for £11 for an hour of pool but good activity before dinner. Was quiet when we went at 4:30pm but nice that they have music to create some atmosphere. Slightly tight when playing with other games of pool going on next to you.

Visited on a weeknight, plenty of seating, friendly atmosphere and bar staff, enjoyed loaded nachos, which was a generous portion, it came hot and was very tasty and a burger with soft drinks, ordered via the QR code on the table, food came quickly. There are screens everywhere that had sports showing, so if you're easily distracted this one's not for you! The venue is accessible by a flight of stairs but the is a wheelchair lift.

Was having a great time until I was rudely told by the girl behind the bar that in December they don’t serve milkshake's?! This was on the menu so I’m not sure why, I can only assume they didn’t want spend time making a drink that doesn’t generate profit.
