A group of 15 of us visited the Crystal Inn last night, and we had a fantastic evening from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after us exceptionally well. The service was first-class, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and enjoyable throughout the evening. Considering the high quality of both the food and service, the prices were very reasonable. We all had a great time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Wish 0 stars was an option … first and last visit. Didn’t bring out 9 portions of the main meal. Didn’t take it off the bill. No managers wanted to speak to us. Spent £350 on a birthday meal that was a disaster. So disappointed. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US RESOLVE THIS. four of us ordered and no extra meal as said on the menu, no prawn crackers.

Absolutely amazing food whether you eat in or get a takeaway it is so tasty, in my opinion it’s by far the best Chinese in Spalding, and if you eat in, all the staff are lovely especially May she is so friendly and amazing with the children making the dining experience great, for us It is a family favourite place to go thank you

First visit here and what can I say it was lovely. What a hidden gem. We had a table for four. Food was great we had the classic set menu. The food was tasty, hot and delicious. The staff and service were fabulous. Will definitely be going back.
