“Excellent service and excellent food”

Typical McDonald’s - clean, tidy and plenty of seating. Food pretty decent, no complaints on this. My own issue is those self service screen clumped together. Could not get near one and there was no one available for me to take my order at the counter

Absolute joke of a place. Ordered food via the app at 12.10am, it turned up at 1am and it was not only completely stone cold they had clearly just thrown all the leftover stuff in the bags instead of the proper order. Only 2 items were correct (2 of the same burger) and the other stuff was completely random from a chicken nugget happy meal to 3 stone cold chips and 2 random drinks. So someone that works there is either stealing late night orders or too lazy to bother making the order (£30 worth of food btw) so just sent leftover stone cold food instead. By far the worst McDonalds in Stirling. Orders are regularly wrong with items missing from burgers, or burgers missing entirely! The younger staff are rude and do not care when something is incorrect! The picture attached was a cheeseburger I ordered, and I didn't ask for anything to be removed!

This is not a fast food anymore the slowest service I ever had in maccies, all over the world chips taste like they were fried in petrol.
