Stopped by this Costa today and had a great experience. The manager who was easily spotted thanks to her little sheriff-style badge and the rest of the team were prompt, welcoming, and really on top of things. Service was quick, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the coffee was as delicious as always. It’s this kind of consistency that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend this Costa for friendly staff and reliably great drinks.

I don’t usually write reviews but today I felt like I have to. I visited today, 15th Jan at about 10am. The service was impressive, very attentive. The atmosphere in the coffee shop was next level, staff interacting with customers and tables being cleared (which is unusual for Costas I’ve noticed). Even the store manager was on the floor, getting stuck in - great to see. It looked and sounded like a new member of staff was being trained, she served me and did an excellent job, was very polite and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Nice, clean, a bit noisy but that was the young college kids in the shop. I don't notice a disabled ramp so it will be awkward for wheelchairs, pushchairs and the infirm. All in all not a bad experience, but in truth, not for me!
