I had a very positive experience at this McDonald's. Manager James and team member Alfie provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, calm, and genuinely helpful, even during a busy period. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and you could see they care about both quality and customer satisfaction. James showed great leadership and organisation, and Alfie was polite, focused, and proactive. It’s always great to see a team working smoothly under pressure. Highly recommended – this is how customer service should look. 👏

This is one of the many Macdonalds restaurants that opens 24hrs a day, there restaurants are always very clean and tidy and the staff are always very friendly and helpful and polite to all there customers, the food and drink menu is excellent with plenty of choice, they also cater for everyones dietry needs. And you can always guarantee your food is freshly cooked.

This McDonalds has really gone downhill recently. The last couple of orders through Uber have had one or two items missing, which I have had to contact Uber about. The latest one, half a Big Mac. Literally boxed up by McDobalds staff with the top of the Big Mac missing.

Food was semi warm by time it was served to me in the drive thru chips was soggy some tasted not fully cooked through. Nuggets must of been the last in the batch they was like bricks couldn't be asked going back to complain on a friday evening or ringing half the time falls on death ears
