Called in for lunch on the hottest day this year. I had fish and chips with the option of salad and coleslaw which was a nice change from peas. My wife had a sausage and egg sandwich, all the food was delicious. Comfortably cool inside with outdoor seating for those that prefer. Friendly staff and as it's name says, a great sea view.

This is a gorgeous cafe overlooking the sea. The food is very good and plentiful. Toast are door wedges, toasted perfectly and begging out for a good lashing of real butter (not marge). The cafe can get busy as it's quite small but there are tables out the front. Parking is sometimes hard but I'd still have a look as it's a good brekky place. Be advised this is a cash ONLY place.

We went to seaview cafe tankerton for the first time while on a weekend break yesterday and ordered a baguette and chips the price was reasonable but when the food arrived we could not believe the size and quality, good quality bacon, sausage and egg, chips were hot and cooked to perfection. Staff were so friendly and chatty so much that we returned today for a breakfast. I chose the medium sized breakfast, it was delicious and came with coffee and 2 slices of thick toast. Well after a long walk we reached the cafe and ordered a baguette which was generously filled and absolutely delicious. Have now been back a second time not to be disappointed for breakfast. Lovley staff very friendly and accommodating. Would highky recommend it. Xx
