I recently visited the McDonald's at Castle Gate in Dudley and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The seating area, tables, floors and ordering kiosks were all tidy, which made the restaurant feel welcoming and comfortable. The ordering process was quick and straightforward, with plenty of self-service kiosks available. The staff were friendly, polite and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. TERRIBLE! Every time we order through the McDonald’s app there is either missing items or damaged food! The customer service is absolutely terrible here; all they do is repeat the same thing over and over! Scripted and bad attitudes! Shame on you Castlegate McDonalds Dudley!

A good mcdonald's just out of the town and right on the dual carriage way. Perfect for a quick pit stop. From here there is also access to the cinema, hotel and other restaurants. It is well kept, clean and tidy

ordered breakfast through the app this morning, 2 muffins, 2 hash browns and a flatbread, just received my order muffins were really greasy like butter everywhere on the outside but none on the actual inside of the muffins and a cheese bacon flatbread missing the cheese and bacon I dont get how you can forget the main parts of that item
