The drive-through is incredibly slow and the waits (after ordering and waiting in the carpark for the food to arrive) are often more than 15 minutes. This is very different to the turnaround times at any normal McDonalds, and as nothing has changed for a couple of years, it is surprising that the owners are still allowed to operate the franchise. Best to avoid - driving to and from the Tunbridge Wells drive-through is probably quicker.

Waited for ages to get our drive-through order, when it came my chicken sandwich had only ONE bun, NO LETTUCE AND NO MAYO. It was really poor and I only realised once I’d got back. Fast food more like very slow food. I’m not even sure how incompetent someone can be to miss out half my sandwich.

if I could give no stars, I would. Hot day, been working all day it’s late and kids off school, McDonald’s it is. WELL.. Order turned up, 3 items missing, incorrect burger given on one of the items. Cold food on a very hot day delivered too - no no! Anyway, contacted store to ask them if we bought everything back could we have a replacement of hot food and the correct order? ‘I’m sorry it’s procedure, we are not allowed to do that’ you have to contact Uber as they delivered the food… SORRY? They delivered the food, they didn’t mess the whole order up?! Explained it’s late, we have two young ch

A quick stop for a sneaky breakfast in the drive through, turned into 10 minute queuing, with only a couple of cars in front. Followed by a 25 minute wait in bay 1 before leaving my car and heading in for a refund. My food was sat on the counter and promptly handed to me....cold and hard! Not impressed
