I recently visited this Caribbean shop in Tottenham and was disappointed with the service. The employee I interacted with was unprofessional and displayed poor listening skills. She seemed miserable and made several mistakes with my order, including giving me vegetable rice instead over The rice and peas I requested. When my friend ordered ackee and saltfish, she completely ignored his request. To top it off I was offended by her comment about my ability to pay, just because my friend covered the bill. I visited Brown Eagle on May 1st to pick up an order, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. I ended up waiting for nearly 35 minutes just to collect the order. The restaurant was packed with a long queue of both customers and delivery partners, but the real issue was the staff. They seemed extremely lazy, and completely indifferent to the crowd. There was no sense of urgency; they were moving at a glacial pace while the line just kept growing.
