“Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was freshly made”

Basically I went to the counter to ask for a wrap meal deal which was on 5£ on the kiosk but as I am not drinking during my meal I have asked if I could swap the drink for a fries. The lady who served me looks " friendly" but want me to pay 8£ something and I say no, I don't want extra fries I want to swap my drink for fries, yeah sure I will do that for u and then again 8 £ something. I say no, you don’t understand I don't want a drink, I am asking if I could get another fries instead of a drink and she says yes its 6.20£ so after 10 minutes on the counter she still ask me to pay 1.20 extra.

I went in here yesterday there weren't any customers yet all of the tables had rubbish on them. I asked one of the Staff members too clean a table for me ( i'm disabled and have a walking aid ) and she looked at me then walked away so I asked another member of staff he did apologise and cleaned it for me, he said there was a spillage upstairs which took three members to clear it up that's why the downstairs with all the rubbish and bits of food laying around wasn't cleaned up but there were plenty of staff standing around talking that could of done it. I am fast food delivery driver I came from 4 to 5 miles just for picking up order but restaurant staff never check them device when I was arrived they told me we are not making this order. I didn't get any payment just for restaurant. Very poor service
