Waited 28 minutes just for a small burger meal and 9 chicken nuggets. The drink was flat and the chips were cold. Atmosphere felt off and it was quite dirty. When the order came the burger was also missing. Toilet was absolutely rancid as well. All round just a dump. One star was generous. Will never be going back. Truly sickening.

Everytime I go to the mcdonalds they are ridiculously slow. They are always out of items and today I ordered a large meal for myself and a medium for my wife, this was the size of my large chips vs her medium. Not good at all, really felt like driving back round to complain.

I do not understand why it is so hard to follow an order that has been placed. Also why the delivery people can’t deliver what there supposed to. Over half mc delivery was missing all meals had missing items. When you go in to Trowbridge Mc Donald’s no one cares that your order is messed up, then you are told they can’t refund you it’s over you have to deal with even though you used Mc Donald’s app. Went through uber and then told sorry your refund is the decision of a computer and only quarter is refunded. What am absolute joke of a slow food service sorry fast food service. Won’t be using ag

We’ve had numerous issues and each of the last 3 orders (there won’t be any more). We’ve had missing food from two deliveries. And when we collected, there was an entire missing bag (I know I should have checked it all before driving all of the way home). We had refunds for the missing items, but we could not have the missing food delivered, so people just had to go without. On the collection I had to drive all the way back to get the missing food still sat on counter and there was no apology.
