This Mc Donalds in Waltham Abbey is usually a hit or miss to be honest, but today I'm in a good mood so I will focus on the positive things. Today (16th April 26) the food was extremely fresh. The Chicken was juicy and the chips crunchy and hot. That's definitely not always the case, hence 4 stars. Toilets are usually quite clean and I have not had a single unpleasant encounter with a member of staff so far. The most annoying thing is the car park. Sometimes you just want to leave the car park but are stuck in traffic for half an hour.

1. Waited in waiting area for minimum of 15 mins 2. Person who bringed the food was rude ( mature blonde lady) 3. I asked for a double tasty burger and being charged double once I came home checked its a single are you lot scuming your customers

Ordered 'limited time only Honeycomb Latte' - it looked great in picture on the menu, with whipped cream and honeycomb pieces on top.....the picture below is what turned up! Yes, I should have returned it and asked for another, but the place was rammed so I just settled for the milky slightly honeycomb flavour drink that turned up (eat in, so it hadn't even sat in a box on a moped!). Should've gone to Costa I guess!

Never go to the branch at Waltham Abbey, especially if you have allergies. Ordered 'grilled' as I'm allergic to wheat. Sticker on the box said grilled, image shows it very much isn't grilled! Waste of time and money!
