The place was not clean, and the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on policing the restrooms than providing good service. Their attitude came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made for a poor overall experience.

Many tables haven't been cleared, still leftover trays from previous customers left for over 20 minutes. My Latte didn't look so appetising and the glasses weren't that clean. Was really busy, so the people behind the till didn't seem too happy, when people asked them to repeat themselves, they shouted in a rude tone. Didn't feel too cosy.

It was the best coffee I have had for a long time. Staff are really friendly and helpful. There is plenty of comfortable seating area. Loved the creative chandelier (on the photo). My only reason for reducing the atmosphere stars is due to some of the customers. It was full of very young children runniall over the shop (health and safety hazard), crying babies, and inconsiderable mothers who left huge mess for the staff to pick up from the floor and clean. I know it's not the staff's fault, but probably management should look into it. It felt like I was having my coffee at poorly managed pres

Just visited Costa in Waltham Cross with my old Dad in his wheelchair. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The lovely lady barista even held the door open for us when we left. Well recommend and we will visit again soon 😀
