Ive lived in waltham cross for over 14 years and always come to this shop! Disappointed is an understatement. The quality of food and the pricing has gone down hill completely. Ive been trying to give them benefit of doubt because of the ongoing rise of competition in the area but I'm sorry the price does not reflect on the food they are selling. I asked for a small portion of salad in a SMALL box with a little of chicken donor on the side. Please see photos attached. He asked me for £8.20 and then said it’s okay give me £8. I have no bread, no drink or a good portion size to justify that pri

We regularly order from here but tonight the service was awful. We waited 1.5 hours for our delivery. I called to ask how long it would be and got hung up on 3 times. Being told to cancel the order if I wanted to but then hanging up before i could even answer. Food arrived cold. Really disappointed and will go somewhere else in future.

Went in there the staff were extremely blunt I greeted the staff with a hi how are you and the response was what do you want .. I ordered what I wanted and corrected the chips to two large chips instead of regular and the man said calm down there’s no rush .. horrible communication skills. Got home and have my son his savaloy and he always breaks the ends off to eat it and luckily he did because the inside of the savaloy was completely uncooked and. Stone cold in the middle. I spend £18 In there and everything ended up in the bin wouldn’t recommend !!
