Visited Tim Hortons recently — while the coffee itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing. I asked for an iced Americano, but it wasn’t on the menu and I ended up being charged for a more expensive alternative, which didn’t feel fair. On top of that, it took around 15 minutes just to get two coffees, which is far too long for such a simple order. Tim bits are really good and tasty. They saved this review from 2-3 stars. Tasted fresh and loved how you can do a pick and mix of their Tim bits options. Decent drinks, but the slow service and pricing issue really let it down.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing – Not What Was Advertised I ordered the Garlic Butter Crispy Chicken Stack after seeing it advertised in store, and honestly, what I received was nothing like what was shown. The promotional image shows a well-stacked burger with a thick, crispy chicken fillet, fresh salad, and a rich, saucy finish. What I actually got was a poorly assembled burger, with a dry-looking fillet, barely any filling, and no resemblance to the advertised product. The bun looked flat and thrown together, the cheese wasn’t even properly melted, and overall it just felt rushed and low effort

First time to a Tim Hortons and not what I expected. The place was filthy, furniture stained, dirt and grime on all surfaces and the windows covered in smears.... We got a box timbits and it's hard to tell if there any difference between the different flavours, just balls of disappointment.

Really enjoyed my visit to Tim Hortons in Washington! The coffee was spot on, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and relaxed — great spot to grab a quick bite or chill with a coffee. Highly recommend!
