Came for a meal to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was really wonderful. We were looked after by Senita, who was so lovely, very friendly and smiley! She also surprised us with a little something for pudding as we were celebrating, which was so incredibly thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a lovely time. Staff were friendly, and food was good. I was able to eat the vegetarian roast which I recommend. Our server I believe was Nita and she was delightful and checked in with our table a comfortable amount. Pictured is the vegetarian roast, the trio, and the crème brûlée.

Aimee was very attentive and a fantastic waitress! The food was amazing! We live in the village and it was our first time eating at the Hawk and it’s safe to say it definitely won’t be our last! The renovation is beautiful and definitely has a cosy feel to it 😊

On the 23rd Dec, we spent a lovely few hours in the lovely dining dome. Listening to Christmas music, eating lovely food and drinking delicious wine. It is plenty warm enough. (There are heaters and blankets). Our server (Cathy) was so helpful, professional and friendly. We have been to the Hawk several times, the food is consistently good. Plenty of parking, or easily accessible from the train station. Would highly recommend.
