Out of all the 1,000 and something KFCs in the uk this is hands down the worst ever. Hands down because i genuinely couldn’t eat this thing. Chicken was dry as the desert and colder than Antarctica. I wish I was joking. Fries were having an identity crisis tbh. Dunno if they were fries or something else on my plate. The only good thing was the drink and it wasn’t even made by KFC. Very lucky that zero star is not a thing. You have to get up from your plate to ask for ketchup. Then get up again when you realise that there’s no napkins too. Excellent.

DISGUSTING FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤮 This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at KFC. The chicken I was served was undercooked, smelled horrible, and looked like old chicken. This is a serious health risk. I could not eat it at all. I immediately showed the chicken to the counter staff.
