Anu needs training and this is why . I am absolutely outraged at the treatment we received from staff. me and my friends decided that we wanted to go out for a quick SIT DOWN meal so we chose maccies as its reliable for this . my friends got their food before me and seated downstair . i got my food after and was refused to be allowed downstairs to eat with them . this was verry confusing . Just because i am a young adult i was refused ? They had other people sat downstairs and for some reason we were not allowed . no reasoning except "there is a problem" . i stayed respectful and i questioned

Are we allow our community become as cold as the blizzard wind on the common? My 8 years old son witnessed the freezing cold services from Macdonald on Wimbledon Broadway. As everyone knows it is a beautiful weather today, I took my 8 years old boy to have a walk on the common, we were very happy on the walk until we arrived at Macdonald and being served by the supervisor called Maria. Sorry, I don't like to leave bad reviews. But I had to asked twice for a McFlurry that is served halfway and melted. I thought the 1st one was a mistake but no, they served the 2nd exactly the same. I had the same mcflurry in Central London 2 days ago and it was perfect. So I do what to compare it with. Also no one seems approachable like to come again and explain this. So hence the review. I've seen other McDonald's were they really care that they are serving right. I would like to mention that it is 7pm and it is not crowded as usual so they could have been more aware of what they are servin

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the area. The staff are completely useless and unprofessional. Zero interest in working, zero effort in actually reading the orders properly, and something is always missing from the order. I even called them on the phone and I couldn’t tell if it was the right place, because they just answer with a lazy “hello”. No name, no greeting, nothing. Every time there’s a mistake, they hide behind excuses and say there’s “nothing they can do” to fix it. Disgraceful service.
