Horrible burgers. We used the drive through pretty late in the night. But still ordered before breakfast started. Burgers where cold, missed 90% of the toppings. Ordered the Philly cheese burger. But just got a dubble cheese burger with a dry bun. No onions or sauce on it. Tasted dry. If they didn't want or couldn't make the burger they should have told us so we would have waited and ordered from the breakfast menu.

We had to clean our own table. We had to go and chase our order only to find it was sitting there and then discover it was cold! The attitude of staff was disgraceful. Don't you teach these people about customer service? Staff are more interested in filling 'just eat' orders rather than serving actual customers. There were at least 8 people waiting for food like me. Wonder if theirs was cold too! Poor show!

I got a delivery from this McDonald’s tonight as I was really craving the mozzarella sticks, however when it got delivered I opened the bag to a juice that looks like it had done 5 laps of the Nurburgring with max verstappen and then a tour of the UK in the back of a ninky nonk. Mozzarella sticks are always good but somewhat cold tonight too and obviously I’m now dehydrated like a hippo on a warm Thursday afternoon. Definitely won’t order again from here 👍

Drive thru ordering was rushed, food quality was awful, barely any condiments or salad and the "big tasty" was smaller than a regular cheeseburger. Then we get home only to find several of our ordered items missing. Tried for several hours to reach a manager on the phone with no answer. Live too far from the restaurant to return and their online complaints process is a JOKE!
