Nothing wrong with either service or food. Is when you decide to use the only one and multi gender/ baby changing room toilet, whe the Hygiene problems shows up. The status of the toilet is clearly unhealthy, for any baby, or seating on the toilet is unacceptable. Please check the pictures. The sink and taps never been desinfected at all. Neither the door or walls. The whole toilet room needs a very conscious and deep cleaning. I would suggest to the company to hire an external cleaning company instead of using their own staff, because is clear staff is focus on servicing customers with food.

Suffered the most vile case of food poisoning after ordering one of their pepperoni pizzas and wedges. One of the worst vomiting fits I’ve ever experienced and traumatized me from ever going back. The location scores very low on cleanliness. I should’ve trusted my gut, each bite I took I could taste something off.. Spent the following 14 hours hacking out that disgusting meal and would recommend eating tree bark before eating here.

Human SECRETION in greggs cafe/restaurant. Appalling. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if it were possible I would give 0. Went in there on the 22nd November at about 5.30. We ordered food and drink. We sat down and a customer was the one that told us that the area we was in was 'closed off ' because there was human SECRETION on the floor with a chair over the top of it. We reported it to a younger male staff member who said they couldn't do anything about it and they were having someone in to remove it. I told him well you havent sectioned it off very well because we just sat down there
