We visited on Wednesday and unfortunately, this will be remembered as a very poor experience. When I asked about the toilets, the chap behind the counter casually pointed upstairs. I explained that I am disabled in case he hadn’t noticed, but his only response was a smile. No assistance, no alternative, no “reasonable adjustment.” Restaurants with seating are required to provide customer toilets, and under the Equality Act 2010, if toilets are provided, they must include accessible facilities. French fries have the perfect crunch and dipped in Heinz ketchup are amazing. Best eaten fresh in the restaurant. Vegan Royal is delicious, like a BBQ burger. Less than a £10 for a meal.

I order at max just 2 simple burger meals but mostly is just a meal for myself. We only eat chicken but on a regular basis we are being given the completely wrong burger and its always a beef burger so it has to go in the bin. Its so frustrating because the receipt has all the items ticked as though they are being checked but they arent. its only 1 burger meal and too many times they are getting it wrong its so baffling how bad the service is.
