Ordered dinner for delivery, everything came cold, frappe was missing, fries were not even filled, and BBQsauce was broken open. We only got 32 nuggets out of a 40 count order. I don't usually complain nor give reviews but when I called the store to talk to someone no one answered.

Ordered for curbside at 1:50 pm on 06/28/26. At 2:06 I received a notification that my order was ready. I was there waiting since 1:53 pm. At 2:16 my order finally came out. It wasn't hot. 10 minutes after notification that it was ready. Of course it isn't going to still be hot. 25 min for fast food. Maybe you should stop curbside because it would be a lot quicker to go through the drive through and probably get it hot the way it was intended.

Do not go here. Their soda fountain was down so I said it's fine I'll take a water with the meal and then they uncharted me. They ask me if I want the refresher with water or lemonade so I order with water. First I had to proof wity my receipt that I ordered a refresher and paid because they didnt believe me. So I say they refresher with water (as offered) and she says she has never done it that way and then I am told I just have ro take it with Lemonade. Staff and manager were extremely rude. Do not visit this MCD

Ordered at drive thru and just being a person understanding that its busy and we said our order slow the first time and clear. She didnt hear our order so talking amongst ourself me and my daughter we first said did I say that too fast and I said no shes probably new. Not in a mean way because we've worked fast food well we get to pay for our food and we are followed by big eye rolls and rude service.
