Mel G★★★★My daughter and I both had off today, so we decided to hit up Fred's for breakfast. I had a craving for steak and eggs and she went with the corned beef hash. Both plates were very good. I particularly appreciate that they use real potatoes for their hashbrowns, not the frozen/freeze dried crap most places serve up these days. The service was great, coffee was strong, and our bellies are fullllll.

The diner was bustling even at 11:30 on a Monday, which really says something about their reputation in the area. Corned beef hash was hard to beat, and the breakfast sandwich on a croissant was delicious!

Their motto “Eat, pay, get out!” is perfect because they can get busy but well worth the short wait.
