Do not place orders here. The servers and the cashier here cannot read the English on the receipt, and they cannot correctly handle missing items on the order. Don’t waste your money. Sorry, Mr. Uno, I cannot let them to refund your missing drink. They don’t have the basic logic to give you a correct solution. They even asked me, the food delivery driver, for the order receipt. 😞

I used doordash to purchase this Mr. Hero sandwich and I clearly asked for no mushrooms. It’s on the ticket that they printed! My sandwich was covered in mushrooms. I am absolutely disappointed because I love Mr. Hero and usually have no problems out of them. Such an unfortunate experience for me. This location will not be getting anymore service from me!
