It was my first ever Wendy‘s here at the drive thru. Thursday 9 pm quite busy, but order was correct. Everything was well and service was fast. Burgers were good and value for money was nice. Would come again.

Got here around 7pm on a Wednesday in April after a long day of hiking around El Paso and Las Cruces. Staff was friendly, and the food was ready quickly. Restroom was clean and spacious. I had the classic chicken sandwich combo with fries and a peach lemonade, which was amazing. Also had 4 nuggets, and they were out of the buffalo sauce I wanted, so gave me lots of extra ketchup packets. Total came to 14$ including tips and taxes.

On March 28th around 11:10 am, Mary ( not sure her position)was rude as hell. My husband went in after we got our order to return the fries because they were not fresh. She made a rude comment a long the lines of “hurry up and give them to him so they don’t get cold. That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. We spend a lot of money there and behavior like that is unacceptable. I hope no other customers experience this.

Baconator fries weren’t -atored, only 6 fries got cheese and bacon was just sat on top like I was about to eat an all star breakfast at Waffle House 1/5 My friend didn’t even get her Baconator fries 1/5 Her wife was missing a couple nuggets 1/5 Staff obviously didn’t care to take the time to prepare food properly. And I’m not trying to be harsh I used to work in fast food and I try to be understanding, but this was just too much in one order. Definitely glad I’m moving and will not have to go to this location (Alamogordo, NM) again. 1/5
