Well had the worse burger ever ...and I love whataburger so much..I guess they were too busy bread was dry and old, meat was old, hardly any lettuce ...it was like eating a McDonald's burger..🤮...but I do have to say the young men working there were very nice and excellent customer service...they did hand us someone else's burger and chicken sandwich...I should have kept that!! Lol please make burgers better is all.. we headed out to California so we couldn't turn back...so we had to deal w this burger and green tomatoes 🤣

We travel a lot and have stopped at plenty of fast‑food places off the highway, and while the food here was your typical fast food, the experience was anything but typical. The lovely woman who took our order was truly the sweetest and kindest person. She made sure every single person in the restaurant had what they needed and created an atmosphere that felt more like a meal in her home than a quick stop on the road. So polite, so thoughtful—I wish I had gotten her name. She’s an absolute gem and deserves a raise. We were there around 6:30p on 5/21/26 …hopefully someone will share this review
