I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts 2 days ahead via the website, when I arrived they handed me the boxes with no comment. Checked them in the car, not only did they replace some of the glazed donuts with other bars, they also shorted me 4 donuts. When I brought them back inside they apologized and said they ran out - except I pointed out most of a tray in the display! Also, why order ahead if you're not going to make the order? They had plenty of time to set these aside. They said sorry a bunch and replaced them, I should have double checked again, got home still 1 donut short :/ also these were

Best and reliable place to get great donuts, hot chocolate, and food. Id say the best items are hot chocolate, a bage sausage sandwich, and any donut. Great service and food, you can dine in to eat too.

Date & Time of Visit: 11/23/25 around 6:45–6:50 AM During my visit, the staff member who attended me in the morning was very rude and appeared to have an unpleasant attitude, even though we had never met before. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, the turkey sandwich I was served was very poor in quality, and I did not receive my coffee until I specifically asked for it. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I felt the service was unprofessional. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer experience
