I've come to this Dunkin many times on my way to work, but this morning was such a pleasant experience that I wanted to make sure I shared it. I was in the drive through around 8:15 am on 05/29/26, and the young man who was at the drive through window was so friendly and kind, it really started off my whole day on the right foot. He should be given some kudos for having such a bright disposition even after being on shift since 5 am. I wish I caught his name to give him the proper thank you, but please pass this along if you are able to!

**** Stay away from this DD*** The employees here lack customer service skills and charisma. They all looked annoyed at customers and taking orders. I stopped by on 12/23 at 10:15 and decided to go inside since the drive-thru had a long line. I tried to make an small talk with the woman who took my order and didn’t acknowledge me at all. The only reason why I stayed over 15 minutes to place my order is because I had my 2 little one with me and I had promised them DD for the day.

Staff was pretty rude, they didn't have any of the donuts i asked for, asked for chocolate frosting they just slapped some on top of an old fashioned, donuts looked old, the drink was pretty good but definitely wont be returning to this location.

Usually attended really good but tn was not it, ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese spread opened it to see it was barely put on lady looked like she was on something speech was slurred coffee was not the best or the worst but im most pissed about the bagel who makes a bagel this bad come on shame on you man.
