The mangers need reevaluated ! I have went back five days to get my order Fixed. Today when I ordered, I even told them on the intercom that I have an autistic child. Please don’t mess up the burger. It’s cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, and ketchup. I don’t understand what’s hard about that today after the order was fixed. There was no sauce in the bag, I asked for after driving back off. I turned back around and got my money back. I dealt with three managers at that point or at least three people that came up as managers not one of them apologized not even said sorry and they told me it’s because

The service is only terrible because of the morning shift manager Sheryl? I think is her name. Not that I care because she doesn’t seem to want to open the store at 5 like it’s suppose to. It’s always a couple hours late. All the other workers are great! It’s just Sheryl ruining it for everyone else!? Please…retrain her and demote her or something because she’s obviously not getting the words “open at 5am.” Do better..

I can't believe I'm leaving a 5 star after waiting with only half my order for half an hour... But the manager didn't try to BS me, she owned her mistake and took responsibility. Someone gave all of our fries to someone else and then she forgot about me completely while I sat at curbside. She apologized and admitted she forgot about me, her honesty means a lot in today's world. She gave us cookies and a baked apple pie. My wife and I split the pie and we both agree the pie was so good it made up for the wait. Even though my wife's fish sandwich was the worst she's ever had from here, she had t
